When reviewing the first quarter statistics for Sun Valley real estate sales, the numbers closely mirror the activity recorded in the first quarter of 2021. For residential sales, 132 units sold compared to 145 units a year ago. The 9 percent dip can be directly linked to the lack of inventory available. The dollar volume of closed sales was about $200 million, on par with 2021 and the median price per residential unit was up less than 1 percent.
