Sun Valley Hosts Nor-Am Giant Slaloms

Last week’s FIS/USSA Nor-Am men’s technical races on Baldy ushered in a weekend full of great slalom and giant slalom racing—and also a weeklong blizzard of snow.

Thursday’s men’s giant slalom. Smith finished 35th (6th U-19) and 29th (4th U-19) in the giant slalom events, along with his 32nd (8th U-19) in the Feb. 6 slalom.
