This week in real estate has been quite eventful! We’ve seen plenty of new listings, pending contracts, and completed transactions. We’re almost at the amazing milestone of $1 billion in sold dollar volume – only $200 million to go! This is something that’s only happened twice in 2020 and 2021, so it’s an incredibly exciting time. December isn’t usually one of the busiest months for closings, but this year has been different due to the circumstances. As Thanksgiving approaches, we hope you have a wonderful time with family, food, and fun. We’re also hoping all ski and snowboarders can find plenty of man-made snow on Lower River Run, making this holiday season even more special.
